In the event you wish to return your Nest & Co. products you may return them within 14 days for store credit or exchange. All furniture , art, lighting and seasonal sales are final.
Damaged Products: We take pride in ensuring Nest & Co items arrive safely to your home! In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance- please send us an image of the damage. We will work quickly for any replacement or returned product due to damage.
*We do not accept returns for online purchases of Nest & Co. Home Decor products at any of our retail stores.
Ways to Return
- Stores – You can return most items to Nest & Co. Home Decor store. We do not except returns for online purchases of Nest & Co. Home Decor at our retail stores. A gift receipt or original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Items without an original receipt or gift receipt.
- Monogrammed or personalized items
- Perishable food
- Made to Order items, including custom rugs, fabric by the yard and furniture
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Original Receipt – Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Gift Receipt – Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Delivery Fees – Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Cash & Check Refunds – Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
- Over $10,000 – If your return for Merchandise Credit Cards is greater than $10,000, we will issue you $10,000 in Merchandise Credit Cards to you that day, then mail additional Merchandise Credit Card(s) for the remaining amount owed to you.
For returns of items purchased from your Nest & Co. Home Decor, we will gladly provide a refund
in the form of a merchandise credit within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever
date is later.
