At Nest Home & Co., we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.  We understand sometimes issues may arise, which is why we offer a hassle-free return process for damaged or incorrect items.  Other than these reasons all online sales are final.

Unless the item is damaged upon delivery or a wrong item is shipped, ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL. We appreciate you shopping and supporting our small business and as we grow we will reevaluate our return policy. 

  1. Initiate Your Damaged or Wrong Item Return

To start the return process, please email [email protected] within 36 hours of delivery with the following details:

  •         Your order number
  •         The item(s) you wish to return
  •         Reason for your request
  •         Photo of the damaged item(s) or incorrect item(s)
  1. Return Approval and Shipping Label

Once your return request is approved by our team, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns must be placed back in the mail within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label. Once we receive the item we will ship out the new or correct item to you.

  1. Return Conditions

 Please use proper packaging to prevent damage. Items received outside of the specified time frame might not be eligible for a new item to be shipped out since stock level changes constantly.
